Please note the excerpt below from the 1997 Roseville Hub Agreement. The XT10 protects all service except RT01 and RT19 vacancies. A patch crew for the Redding Turn must come from the XT10 in preference to the XT15.

B. Roseville shall have three extra boards as follows:
1. Roseville East/West - Conductor/Brakeman board covering vacancies to Portola, Oroville, Sparks, San Jose, Oakland, Fresno, all locals and road switchers in the Roseville area not covered by other boards and all work trains, hours of service relief for all trains coming into Roseville and other extra board work not covered by other boards.
2. Roseville North/South - Conductor/Brakeman board covering the vacancies in the Bakersfield and Dunsmuir pools.
NOTE: At Roseville, if one road extra board is exhausted the other road extra board shall be used prior to any other source of supply.
3. Roseville Yard - Yardman Board covering all Roseville and Sacramento yard assignments .
